On this page you can send me ideas to improve the book, should Addison Wesley ever decide to do a second edition I will try to incorporate as many of the ideas as is feasible. I may also create some additional web pages here if I think they are particularly useful. You can also send me compliments or criticism. I will eventually have a form based submission system but if it fails then just send me email at: alan.gauld@btinternet.com including the information requested on the form.
